Kromaton training


 

The 1 or 2 day(s) training program in Angers provided by Kromaton laboratory staff takes place as follows:

STEP 1 :  Theoretical training (1/2-1 day): 

              - Centrifugal Partition Chromatography prinicples

              - Determination of solvent systems and partition coefficients

              - Examples of applications based on literature (compounds and their solvent systems)

 

STEP 2:  Practice training (1/2-1 day)

              - Preparation of solvent system

              - Retention test

              - Injection of Kromaton standard sample on FCPC® laboratory automatic station
